ELIGIBILITY

Athletes must be 25 years or older on Feb. 15, 2025. Individual competition will be conducted in five-year age divisions. All eligible members of USATF and eligible members of other WMA Members may compete in these Championships. However, only U.S. citizens may score or win championship medals. A 2025 USATF membership is required for USA affiliated athletes to enter online (please join online if you are not a member). Non-USA affiliated athletes must present evidence that they are members in good standing of their appropriate WMA Masters Member. Letters attesting to their status should be addressed to Robert Thomas, Chair, USATF Masters Track & Field Committee at mtfchair@usatf.org.

Competition is open to all Athletes, Youth, Open, and Masters. USATF membership is required. To represent a club, the club must have a 2025 USATF membership.

Facility

The track is a 300m, 6 lanes, and 8 lanes on straight away, Mondo surface, flat track. Spikes must be 1/4 or less pyramid, NO NEEDLE SPIKES. USATF rules will govern.

Running Events

All running events will be conducted as timed finals, except the 60m Dash, which will have trials, and finals. If less than 8 check in for 60m, the finals will be run at prelim time. All relay team members must wear a top and shorts of the same color. EVENTS WILL BE RUN YOUNGEST TO OLDEST, GIRLS FIRST, EXCEPT THE HURDLES, WHICH WILL BE RUN BOYS FIRST, OLDEST TO YOUNGEST. OPEN/MASTERS PLEASE CHECK SCHEDULE AS SOME EVENTS YOUR AGE DIVISION WILL BE CONTESTED FIRST

Field Events

All horizontal jumps and throws will be given 3 preliminary attempts with the top 8 advancing to finals for 3 more attempts.

Protests

Protests must be made in writing to the referee. Proper rule reference must be cited, and all protests must be accompanied by a $100.00 cash deposit, which will be refunded if protest is upheld; forfeited if the protest is denied.
