ELIGIBILITY

All eligible members of USATF and eligible members of other WMA Members may compete in these Championships. However, only U.S. citizens may score or win championship medals. A 2023 USATF membership is required for USA affiliated athletes to enter online (please join online if you are not a member). Non-USA affiliated athletes must present evidence that they are members in good standing of their appropriate WMA Masters Member. Letters attesting to their status should be addressed to Jerry Bookin-Weiner, Chair, USATF Masters Track & Field Committee at mtfchair@usatf.org. A competitor must compete in his/her age division only. Athletes from more than one age group can comprise a relay; the age of the youngest member of the team determines which age group it competes in.

Please note, we will be using the Belmont University for the following events which will begin at 8:00 am. Steeplechase; Hammer; Weights and Super weights. All other events will take place at Lipscomb University. Travel time is approximately 5 minutes, 1.9 miles between the two facilities.

  • U.S. citizens must be members of USA Track & Field to enter and compete.
  • Age Groups 25-34 yrs (submasters), 35+ yrs (masters)
  • Athletes will compete in 5 year age divisions (25-29, 30-34, 35-39, etc.)
  • All athletes are subject to drug testing

First Event – $45 first four events
Additional Event – $10
Relays – $40/team

Late Entry

June 19th – 28th, 11:59 pm Central time 

$10 late fee

No Day of Meet Registrations.
Packet pickup will be on the day of the meet.

Meet Info

General Info

1/4" spikes will be permitted. Throwing field is located on the west side of campus behind the Centennial Fieldhouse; one block from outdoor stadium. Throwing implements will not be provided. 27" hurdles will not be available; 30" minimum.
Must be checked in at least one hour prior to the event.
Check in opens at 7:00am.

Relays

Run in 5 yr age groups.
Team must wear distinctive tops.
Declare 1 hr before event.

Event Check-In

There will be separate check-in areas for Running and Field events. Athletes must check in at these designated areas 45 minutes prior to the event's scheduled starting time. All athletes will be required to remain in the designated warm-up areas after checking in.

Protests

There will be a $100 fee for all protests. Protests must be submitted to the Protest Referee at once and not later than 30 minutes after a result has been announced. The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.

Rules, Conduct & Facility

USATF Competition Rules will be followed during the Association Championship. USATF COVID-19 Protocols will be enforced. Spectators and participants are viewing and participating at their own risk.
