ELIGIBILITY

Athletes must be 25 years or older on Aug. 27, 2022. Individual competition will be conducted in five-year age divisions. All eligible members of USATF and eligible members of other IAAF member federations may compete in these Championships. However, only U.S. citizens may score or win championship medals.  There are no qualifying standards for this competition. All U.S. citizens must be 2022 members of USATF in good standing.

Shot and Poles

All throwing implements and pole vault will be provided. Athletes are welcomed to bring their own regulation compliant implements. All implements will be checked and certified prior to competition. See pole list – you can bring your own poles.

Protests

There will be a $100 fee for all protests. Protests must be submitted to the Protest Referee at once and not later than 30 minutes after a result has been announced. The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.

Track Facility

In the summer of 2011, the track infield received a turf surface, as well as other improvements. The track was also redone, in 2014 to include a new layout for field events, as well as a new grandstand and press box. The facility was the host site of the 2015 MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, as well as many other NAIA, youth, AAU and high school competitions.
