COVID-19 Protocols as of July 19, 2021

All athletes and officials, as well as any volunteers who will have sustained direct contact with athletes (more than 15 minutes in a 24-hour period), must present evidence of one of the following:
Being fully vaccinated (meaning having had the final dose of their course of vaccination at least 14 days prior) – presentation of their vaccination card (preferably a photocopy or a digital copy on a phone or tablet)
OR
Option #1) All participants and officials, staff, and volunteers who are not fully vaccinated and will have direct contact with athletes must present evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than seven (7) days prior to any date they will access the facility. This test is at the individual’s expense and a copy of the negative result must be brought to the event to be credentialed/admitted.
Option #2) A negative Antigen test, provided ALL of the following criteria are met:
Both the county of residence of the athlete / participant AND the county of the event have a state government reported COVID-19 positivity rate in each of the last two weeks of less than 5%,
AND
The athlete / participant is asymptomatic (as reported on the symptom survey and temperature check),
AND
The athlete / participant has not had exposure to a person with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

If all three of the criteria above for Option #2 are not met, then the participant must use Option #1 to meet the negative COVID-19 test criterion. Note that COVID-19 antibody testing is NOT currently accepted to meet the negative COVID-19 test criterion. A temperature check (below 100.4o F) and symptom survey must be performed each day prior to entering the West Seattle Stadium venue. There will be single entry and exit points to and from the facility.

Mask requirements for all who enter the facility should follow current CDC guidelines. As of 6/7/21, only fully vaccinated individuals are exempt from mask wearing in public outdoor spaces. Events that choose to follow that guidance and allow fully vaccinated participants to not wear masks must have a mechanism for verification of vaccination status and enforce mask wearing for non-vaccinated participants. Alternatively, the meet can require mask wearing for all who enter the competition facility.
