All participants and officials, staff, and volunteers who are not fully vaccinated and will have direct contact with athletes must present evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than seven (7) days prior to any date they will access the facility. This test is at the individual’s expense (though in many places local authorities are providing these tests free of charge), and a copy of the negative result must be brought to the event to be credentialed/admitted.
NOTE: FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE COVID TEST REQUIREMENT. THEY MUST BRING EVIDENCE OF THEIR VACCINATION STATUS TO THE MEET TO SHOW AT CHECK IN.
There will be a single entry/exit point to the facility with separate channels for entry and exit.
Temperature check at entry, must be below 100.4 ℉ for entry.
Symptom survey at entry
Those who pass admission criteria will be given a wrist band each day (color coded).
Masks must be worn at all times in the facility except when warming up, cooling down, competing, or eating/drinking.
Social distancing must be observed at all times.
All athletes are subject to drug testing. Click on each tab below to see more info.
All eligible members of USATF and eligible members of other World Athletics member federations age 25+ on June 5, 2021, may compete. However, only U.S. citizens and USA eligible athletes as defined by WMA may win Championship medals; non U.S. citizens will receive equivalent awards.
Athletes must be 25 years or older on June 5, 2021. Individual and relay competitions will be conducted in five-year age groups.
Adirondack, Connecticut, Long Island, Maine, Mid Atlantic, New England, New Jersey, New York, Niagara, Potomac Valley, Three Rivers.
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia.
Athletes will not be considered to be entered into the meet until ALL required documents have been received.
Verification of Age (a copy of your birth certificate or passport)
After completing your entry, if the status of entry page indicates “info needed”, you should log in to your USATF Connect account and upload the copy of your birth certificate or passport under the “Athlete Verifications” tab.
If the notation “need DOB docs” still appears on your entries in Status of Entries, be prepared to show date of birth verification at Packet Pickup.
On arrival on your first day, proceed directly to Packet Pickup, which will be located outside the fence of the track. There you will be given a packet including your bib number, pins, the meet schedule, two symptom surveys (one for each day), and other information. Packet Pickup will open at 7:00 each day.
Once you have your packet, follow directions to the gate to take care of your Clearance Procedure. There you will be asked to show your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test, have your temperature taken (forehead scan), and turn in your symptom survey (one for each day). Once you have finished at the Clearance Table, you will be issued a color-coded wristband (different color for each day) and be able to either pass through into the track or proceed to the throwing area across the road.
Please do not bring your actual vaccination card with you; a photocopy or digital copy on your phone will be sufficient, provided your name and the date of your second dose is clearly legible. Remember, to be considered fully vaccinated your second dose must have been administered no later than May 21, 2021, if entering for the first time on Saturday or May 22, 2021, if entering for the first time on Sunday.
If you are submitting a negative COVID test, if you are live in a city or county with a test positivity rate of 5% or lower it may be an Antigen test; if the test positivity rate in your city or county is over 5%, it MUST be a PCR test.
We will keep a record of those showing us vaccination cards or test results from Saturday so that part of the process will not need to be repeated. However, the temperature check and symptom survey must be done each day.
First Event – $30
Additional Event – $10
Relays – On Site $20/team
Entry deadline: 11:59 am on Friday, May 28, 2021.

All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. No entry will be considered completed unless it is accompanied by full payment of fees and all required documents.
NOTE: Failure to present a negative COVID PCR test is NOT a reason for a refund.

Mary was a prolific and talented thrower throughout her career, earning 74 Gold, 30 Silver and 8 bronze at USATF Nationals including 18 US records. With 13 #1 World rankings between 2005-2020, she won at WMA 3 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze across all throwing events. She greeted everyone at meets with a smile and she was less impressed by her own athletic accomplishments but was thrilled for you when speaking of yours. Gracious, big-hearted, she was a friend for life of all she touched. Unfortunately, we lost Mary to Covid in the early 2000’s, but she lives on in all our memories.
