Team USATF Masters Hotel Blocks in Toruń
Team USATF Masters has arranged room blocks at two hotels in Toruń. Both hotels are located approximately one mile from Arena Toruń where the meet will take place. In both cases the deadline for making reservations within the room blocks is November 30, 2022:

Reservations within the Team USATF Masters room blocks at both the Copernicus and ibis Budget can only be made by completing this form. Once you submit the form you will receive an email giving you further instructions, including payment instructions.
A 25% deposit is due within seven (7) days of making a reservation. The deposit is fully refundable until January 31, 2023; after January 31 there will be a 25% cancellation penalty until February 20, 2023; after February 20 there will be no refunds.
Payment may be made either by wire transfer or by PayPal. PayPal payments are subject to a 4.9% charge; wire transfers also involve fees. The best rates for wire transfers are with wise.com, a well-known, widely used web-based service. For example, to pay for an eight-night stay at Copernicus (a total of PLN4720), paid via wise.com, would cost a little under $955 (as of September 27, 2022, including all fees). The same eight-night stay paid via PayPal, would be a little under $1005 (as of September 27, 2022, depending on the exchange rate used by PayPal and fees charged by your credit card company).
