Proposal to amend the current MTF Operating Procedures

At the USATF Annual Meeting that begins on December 4, 2024 in Orlando, Florida, a proposal will be introduced to amend the current MTF Operating Procedures. The purposes of the proposed changes are to clean up internal conflicts in the document, correct typographical errors, clarify processes that have been used in the past but are not in the current Operating Procedures, and suggest some changes.

As required by the current Operating Procedures and USATF Regulations, the proposed changes must be communicated to the MTF Committee no less than 30 days prior to the meeting at which the amendments will be considered. This is that notice.
