Each year the Masters HOF Subcommittee receives public nominations. The subcommittee researches those and other eligible athletes and administrators to determine finalists for the ballot. Then all HOF members, the MTF Executive Committee, the HOF Subcommittee members, and all Association Masters Chairs vote.
